Steelworks in Building Construction
BES in much the same manner employs standardized Structural steel design and construction methods in the execution of all her projects. We usually prepare detail Workshop drawings which are always referenced to the consultant’s structural drawings and general specifications.
Project Approach and Execution Schedule
Project Approach
All aspects of the work, their scheduling, bearing and time-dependent relationship with one another are captured in a computer generated program of work which is usually submitted with the tender bid. The execution of works referenced above will be consistent with normal provisions always included in the trade preambles which form part of “the articles of agreement and conditions of contract”
Project Execution Schedule
The time of completion of any given project usually given in the number of weeks is always clearly stated in our tender proposals. The handing over of the completed project is deemed to be included in this time frame except when funding arrangement imposes significant delay.
